Summerjam - 02. Juli 2017: Seit Mitte der 1960er Jahre sind Toots & The Maytals aktiv und gelten als Mitbegründer des Reggae. Die jamaikanische Band wurde 1982 schon einmal vom Rockpalast in Hamburg aufgezeichnet. Ihre von Ska und Rocksteady geprägten Songs lassen auch immer wieder funky Töne zu.
